We had a wonderful summer. Pam and her family came for 2 weeks, one of which was spent camping- Emma loved being around her cousins, and everything about camping. Lots of camping trips- favorite memories are tidepooling, walking on wild ocean beaches, seeing whale spouts, and reading bedtime books by the fire. Emma falling asleep on my back, down a long downhill, and Alan going back up a mile to retrieve a hiking boot that had somehow fallen off enroute.
